These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of DailyOffer's website, web application, and browser extension (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

DailyOffer is an AI copilot for job hunting. It helps you discover roles, tailor and submit applications, track your pipeline, prepare for assessments and interviews, and receive real-time suggestions during interviews. Features evolve over time and may be added, changed, or removed.

3. Eligibility & account registration

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• New accounts are reviewed and must be approved by an administrator before they can sign in.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must be legally eligible to work in the jurisdictions where you apply for roles through the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to employers.
• Use the Service to harass, impersonate, or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's operation or security.
• Use the browser extension in a way that violates the terms of the sites it interacts with.

5. Auto-apply & AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to tailor resumes, cover letters, interview answers, and other content, and may submit applications on your behalf where supported. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated or auto-submitted content for accuracy before it is relied upon. DailyOffer does not guarantee that any application will result in a response, interview, or job offer, and is not responsible for decisions made by employers or third-party platforms.

6. Browser extension & third-party sites

The DailyOffer browser extension captures job and contact information from pages you visit at your direction. It operates within the permissions you grant it and is subject to the terms of the sites you use it on — you are responsible for complying with those third-party terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by DailyOffer and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as your resume), and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Fees

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or usage-based limits in the future; if we do, we will give you advance notice before any change affects your account.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or are inactive for an extended period, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyOffer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any outcome of a job application, interview, or hiring decision made using information or suggestions from the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify DailyOffer against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in DailyOffer's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
